Dataprev is a public company in Brazil linked to the Ministry of Economy, having legal personality under private law, its own assets and administrative and financial autonomy. The share capital is distributed between the Union, with fifty-one percent and the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), with the remaining forty-nine percent.
The main services provided by Dataprev today are business intelligence, operation and support, development, hosting and cloud, portal hosting, consulting, open data, electronic mail and PPM solution.
