The Brazilian Federal Justice was created by the Constitution of 1891 and extinguished by the Constitution of 1937. In 1946, the New Constitution recruited only a second instance of the Federal Justice, represented by the Federal Court of Appeals (TFR). In the surveillance of the military regime, instituted in 1964, in the Institutional Act 2, of October 27, 1965, he recruited the Federal Justice of the first instance in the figure of the federal judges.
